Your First Visit

Upon entering the office, you will be greeted by our friendly staff

A link with our online forms will have been sent to you before your appointment. If unable to fill them out, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time and we will be happy to help you fill them out.

We’ll scan your license or other form of identification as well as your insurance card if you have one. Please let us know if you will be using dental insurance before your appointment so we have ample time to verify your benefits.

Once done at the front, you will be guided to your room, and x-rays will be taken depending on the kind of appointment you have selected as well as your needs.

If you are scheduled for our new patient exam and cleaning you will meet one of our amazing hygienists. During your hygiene appointment, x-rays, intraoral photos, gum measurements and scans can be used to
perform an in-depth analysis of your mouth, and create a custom treatment plan for you. We will review your dental history, at home dental practices as well as proper brushing and flossing techniques.

Dr. Hernandez will make sure all your questions are answered. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question. We love informing our patients about their oral health.

Your treatment plan will be broken down for you in terms of priority, keeping your preferences in mind.

We’re happy to offer same-day treatment depending on time availability.

We do not double book, and our appointments run on time.
